Take action this summer

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Growing kids go through clothes so fast and in the summer with playing outside, they wear them out even faster.  On Take Action Tuesday or any day, In The Image is in need of gently used children's clothing donations to help outfit kids who might not otherwise get something new to wear.  Your donations of new and gently used shorts, T's and other warm weather garb are greatly appreciated.  They are also in need of packages of brand new socks to go with the shoes they give out at back-to-school shoes time. Those who are eligible can go to In the Image's website to sign up to receive shoes through their shoe program.  In The Image also wants us to remind you that they'll do pickups from garage sales, church sales or neighborhood sales.  Whatever you don't sell, they'll take, you just need to call them and they'll come get it.  Give them a call or drop off your donation today!
