GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Your help is needed to keep West Michigan families warm and safe this winter.  In The Image is in great need of children's and adult winter coats and boots to help people who otherwise may go without.  Jeans and long pants, especially for men, and sweaters and hoodies are also desired.  There are three drop-off locations including at In The Image, which is located at 1823 Division in Grand Rapids, the Crowne Plaza on 28th Street and Cumulus Media on Monroe. Every one of these locations is taking donations of warm clothes for children and adults through mid-November.  You can help by connecting online or by calling 616-456-6150.  Dig through those closets and see if you have anything you can donate and do your part to help!  It's really about kids, kids, kids!  Kids sweaters, sweatshirts, long pants, winter coats, hats & mittens, boots are all needed.  In The Image wants every child in Kent County to be able to walk to and  from school and play at recess wearing  warm clothes, a winter coat, a hat and mittens.  Many of us have more than one coat, but there are kids out there who don't have a winter coat.  You can change that!
