S.H.O.E.S. donations needed now

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - With only a few weeks left until the school bells start to ring, now is the time to start getting kids prepared to head back to class. For years, In The Image has stepped up to help by providing thousands of pairs of brand new back to school shoes for children who would otherwise go without. This year, funds for this program are in short supply.  Now is the time to Take Action to help. Executive Director Jay Starkey shares how great the need is and how we can help.  He also makes a plea for donations of gently used clothing for all members of the family as the back up racks at In The Image are now empty.  As you prepare to send your own children into another year of learning this fall, do what you can to help those in need.
