See the Oscar Shorts

The Academy Awards are just around the corner and time is running out to catch all of the year's most accredited films. However, don't fret!  The UICA Theatre is showing all of the Oscar nominated animation, live action and documentary shorts leading up to Oscar night.

 

The UICA Theatre is also showing the documentary film, "Sound City". The film covers America’s greatest unsung recording studio which housed a one-of-a-kind console.  As its legend grew, seminal bands and artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Neil Young, Rick Springfield, Tom Petty, Metallica and Nirvana all came out to put magic to tape. Catch this documentary for one night only on January 31.
