LAKE ODESSA, Mich. (WOOD) - Here's one way to warm up and help out this winter, adopt a loving dog from our friends at Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary! They run Midwest's largest sheltered no-kill sanctuary, and one of the dogs they have there now is sure to steal hearts.

Monte is a 1 year old Terrier mix and was only 3 months old when he arrived at Mackenzie's. He has a very good temperament, loves to play and would be a great fit for a family.

He learns basic obedience and commands very well and is a fast learner. Monte loves to be active and work well with a family that has a nice yard for him to sniff and play.
