New and old unite for Goodwill

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (IWOOD) - Out with the old, in with the new! You can donate your old clothes and home goods and get a discount on something brand new when Goodwill teams up with Younkers to help you save on sweet new styles while unloading your no longer wanted closet clutter makers. 

The semi-annual Younkers Goodwill Sale is on until March 30. It's the largest and longest national department store donation drive with Goodwill.  For nearly two decades, the partnership has generated an estimated potential value of $205 million which supports Goodwill job training programs and employment services. 

Clean your closets and head to Younkers with your donations and earn Younkers coupons for every item you donate. Those coupons are valid for 25% off most items and 15% off cosmetics and fragrances, which are usually excluded. 

Along with the Younkers Goodwill Sale are "The Big Dance" fashion show and prom event Saturday, March 16 and "Kids Day" on Saturday, March 23.
