Love, Wine and Chocolate

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) - A chill is in the air this winter, but there is also lots of love, wine and chocolate swirling around to keep us warm!  An event called just that - Love, Wine and Chocolate - is taking place on February 9 from 6-9pm.  In the past, this event has benefited organizations such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Lakeshore and this year the proceeds will benefit the Center for Women in Transition.  There will have a small silent auction with a lot of the items for couples since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  You can experience everything from an overnight hotel stay to VIP wine tastings. There will also be some live entertainment by the duo Jack Leaver and David Stanton .  Some of the wine and chocolate vendors offering samples include:

If you’d like to come out and see these vendors plus many more, tickets are $30 in advance and can be purchased from the front desk of the Spring Lake Holiday Inn. Tickets are $35 at the door the night of the event.

Back by popular demand is the Wine and Cuisine Tasting Series and this time it's the Road Trip Edition!  This flavor filled expedition across America starts in the bayou of Louisiana February 6.  It's a four part series with each session taking place the first Wednesday of the month February through May.  In March you can try out the cuisine of the Native Southwest. In April, we introduce a California Fusion experience, and the trip concludes  in May on the Atlantic Coast of New England.  Paulina from Envision 360 events and Skeeter from Eastern Floral will be decorating the rooms.  Each session is $45 per person or you can purchase the whole series up front for $160 per person . Enjoy these culinary adventures with someone you love!
