Liz's Lemon Bowl

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Grand Rapids area chef Liz Della Croce can now cross "appear on the Today Show and eightWest" off her list of new year's resolutions.  Last Fall, on a whim, she submitted her recipe in the Home Chef Challenge competition. In November, she learned that she was a Top 3 Finalist and America would be voting for 2 weeks to determine the winning dish. On November 14th, her Pesto Chicken Pasta won the Home Chef Challenge by popular vote.
