Join many for The January Series

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Not even winter weather in Michigan can keep crowds from converging on the campus of Calvin College at the start of every new year and 2013 is no exception.  The big draw for so many is the award winning noontime event The January Series , which brings top scholars and controversial speakers to Grand Rapids to cover a wide range of topics.  Kristi Potter is the one who puts the whole plan together and she's here to share some highlights of this year's lineup.  Among this year's speakers are Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Sheryl WuDunn, Washington correspondent Coke Roberts, Minnesota Music Award winner Robert Robinson and many others who will inspire, provoke and educate West Michigan.
