LOWELL, Mich. (WOOD) - A summer tradition that combines royalty, animals, families, and fun happens every Summer in Lowell. It's The Kent County Youth Fair and it kicks off in early August. Sarah Crosby and her court all represent the fair and all of the fantastic entertainment that it offers for the whole family.
