SkillQuest International is a testing, training and consulting division of the OnStaff Group. The program works with clients to access candidates that clients are either looking to bring into their company or looking to promote within their organization. The program has over 500 types of assessments that can be customized to look at a person's skills and personality to see if they are the most skilled person for the position.

SkillQuest International offers a a full service lab for drug testing, including saliva, urine and hair follicle drug screening and both pre-employment drug screening, random drug screening, for-cause and incident drug screening. Drug screening candidates or employees can be a sticky topic, especially with a company is deciding to implement a random program. However, random programs do save companies money in the long run since drug abuse can be directly related to  absenteeism, tardiness, theft and accidents.
