GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Whenever Foreigner can, they are sharing their love of music and the importance of music education with the communities they visit when they put on a show. Their stop in Grand Rapids at Frederik Meijer Gardens is no exception. For the June 14 concert, Foreigner reached out to Grand Rapids Public Schools and invited the GRPS Chorale to join them on stage to perform one of their classic hits, "I want to know what love is". The GRPS Chorale joins them in the eightWest studio, too, to perform a patriotic tribute in honor of Flag Day.
