GRPD Crisis Negotiations team honored

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - When a gunman went on a deadly rampage in Grand Rapids in July of 2011, the GRPD Crisis Negotiations Team went into action.  Now, The American Red Cross of West Michigan is honoring them as  true Hometown Heroes.  There are still spots available at the event to honor people like the Grand Rapids Police Crisis Negotiations Team at the Hometown Heroes Celebration.  Reserve your seat now for the event on April 12 at DeVos Place. All proceeds will support the work of the American Red Cross in West Michigan and wherever help is needed.
