ALLENDALE, Mich. (WOOD) - If you are looking for a new experience to engage with your grandchildren and stimulate your own learning, check out the second annual G3 Camp at Grand Valley State University. Our Grandma on the Go Joy Walczak went to check it out last year and enjoyed every minute back on the campus of her alma mater with her grandson .
If you register before the end of January for this year's program, you'll save big! Registration is open through April 30. The camp for grandparents and grandkids ages 8 -12 at Grand Valley State University takes place June 25 - 27, 2013. As kids explore campus together with their grandparents for three days, they can take classes, do experiments, tour the Water Resource Institute, share meals and get active in the pool, on the climbing wall and create memories that will last a lifetime. Call 616-331-2267 for complete details or go to www.gvsu.edu/g3 to register online.
