Family Hope Foundation wins top honors

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Eight deserving finalists were honored at the 2012 Connecting With Community Awards on May 10, an effort that recognizes the collaborations in West Michigan that are working to benefit people in many different ways.  This year, an organization that invests in families with children with special needs rose to the top to receive the 2012 Connecting With Community Award.  Congratulations to the The Family Hope Foundation of Holland!
