Customizable dining at Cygnus 27

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - High atop the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel’s glass tower, sit two private dining rooms suitable for the most intimate occasions. Sky 1 and Sky 2 offer a one-of-a-kind destination to bring guests together for corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, intimate wedding or birthday receptions and more.

Sky 1 comfortably seats thirty-six people and has a 50 inch flat screen television great for presentations or other imagery displays. Sky 2 can host up to twenty guests for a more intimate dinner setting. Both rooms can also be combined for private hors d’oeuvres receptions for up to 100 guests.

On top of the intimate setting there are several other things you can do to customize your dining experience including offering "his" and hers" drinks, a seating chart and gourmet menu. Cygnus 27 Chef, Werner Absenger, has created menus that offer several amazing courses which can be customized to your guests needs.
