TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (WOOD) - Traverse City Winter Comedy Arts Festival is four days of laughter, entertainment and family fun. This annual tradition takes place President's Day weekend and combines outdoor winter fun with indoor comedy shows.
The weekend offers fun for all ages and is the perfect way to spend a cold winter weekend up North.
Activities are taking place Friday, February 15 through Sunday, February 17 at locations around downtown Traverse City, including the Sports Arena, State Theatre, City Opera House, Old Town Playhouse and Insideout Gallery. Highlights include ice skating, sledding, dog pull races, frozen bed races and a giant Ferris wheel. For the adults, nationally know comedians including Collin Quinn, Dick Gregory, Kathleen Madigan and Doug Benson will be performing. There will also be tons of movies airing each day for as little as $3.
