GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Just because it's winter, doesn't mean you can't enjoy the John Ball Zoo! The John Ball Zoo has teamed up with Frederik Meijer Gardens for two upcoming events. The two organizations will present Animal Adventures: Surviving the Wild on Monday, January 28 and Saturday, February 2.
Kids can have fun exploring the survival techniques of rabbits, owls and turtles through a variety of games, activities and art projects. The program also includes interactive animals stories and hands on live animal presentations.
These workshops do require reservations, so call the John Ball Zoo (616-336-4310) or Frederik Meijer Gardens (616-974-5239) to secure your spot today!
