GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - We all have established holiday traditions that we enjoy and now a Grand Rapids neighborhood is continuing one of their own. The Alger Heights 5K is a run with a bit of a twist. The entire run is done in full costume! Families, kids, and even adults are welcome to lace up those red boots, strap on those chicken feet, and head down to Alger Heights to take part in the race, promoting a healthy community and a healthy lifestyle for everyone.
