A hand up and a place to call home

HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) - The Community Housing Partnership combines the work of Community Action House and Good Samaritan Ministries in Holland. Together, they help to fight homelessness by getting people out of shelters and off the street and into temporary housing.  They are being honored as a 2012 Connecting With Community Awards nominee.
