GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Sometimes the dating world can be a little adventurous, so why not consider going out on a date for a great cause. This Saturday is the Bid for Bachelors and Bachelorettes, put on by the Friends and Family of Cystic Fibrosis.
On Saturday, March 2 over a dozen eligible bachelor and bachelorettes will be up for bid along with amazing date packages and silent auction items with all proceeds going to benefit the Friends and Family of Cystic Fibrosis, a group committed to raising funds for children and young adults in West Michigan who suffer with Cystic Fibrosis.
In addition to the handsome men and beautiful women up for bid, some of the date night packages up for grabs include:
-Overnight stays at locations including Saugatuck Wickwood Inn, The Leonard at Logan House and the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.
-Tickets to the Kid Rock concert.
-Sports tickets including Grand Rapids Griffins and the Detroit Pistons.
-Adrenaline rush activities like sky diving, paint balling and a private plane ride over the Lake Michigan -Dinner for two at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
-Wine tasting at Cascade Winery or Chateau Chantal Winery.
-Golfing at Thousand Oaks, Maple Hill Golf, Arcadia Bluffs and Boulder Creek.
-One week at a Grand Mayan one-bedroom luxury suite in Riviera Maya.
