Who will get your wedding vote?

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Last week we introduced you to our six finalists for the West Wedding with Bobby J. The wedding will be held on 12-12-12, and it's worth more than 20 thousand dollars. You can help us pick the winning couple as well as some bigger parts of their big day - the dresses, tux, flowers, cake, menu and honeymoon! The first couple is Michael and Amy. They wrote to us about their four year long relationship, and they just got engaged eight months ago. For them, it's a family affair--between them they have five sons and are busy dealing with football, basketball, wrestling and teenage drama! The whole family was together for a weekend away when Michael popped the question. The second couple, Heather and Rick, got engaged last year. They bought a home and started making wedding plans, when Heather became pregnant. But their joy was overshadowed when Rick was diagnosed with colitis. He had part of his colon and his large intestine removed and has been in and out of the hospital, constantly fighting infection and internal bleeding. Heather says celebrating their love in front of family and friends seems like a distant dream, and she thinks winning the wedding would help heal Rick's soul and frame of mind.
