GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - We all have a curiosity of where we came from and genealogy is one way to explore your roots.  It can involve a lot of time and research, so Rachael found a local genealogist to help guide her through her own family history.   She learned some things about her ancestors that she never knew before.  Ancestry Helper
Deb Gosselin asked her lots of questions and Rachael gathered the information from family members to get started.  There's a show on NBC right now called, 'Who do you think you are?' where famous people and athletes have their family history traced.
