GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - A lack of sun and abundance of winter can lead to Seasonal Affective Disorder, a form of depression that occurs with less exposure to the sun.  People who live in Michigan in the winter can be especially vulnerable - even more so when you hear Terri's forecast for today - but there are ways you can help yourself.  The physicians of Advantage Health Network recommend being proactive in treating SAD by being sure to do things for yourself and seeking help from a medical professional when needed.
