Morning Chit Chat: Big Red & big bats

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Growing up in Holland, Rachael has long wanted to explore Big Red, the iconic lighthouse that adorns the lakeshore. She'll show us a sneak peak of a longer story we'll be sharing soon.  Holland is the place to be on Thursday nights starting June 7 as the streets will be a wide variety of performers in a family friendly and festive atmosphere.  You can celebrate all things local in downtown Grand Rapids on June 9 at the annual Local First Street Party and on June 21, take someone you love out to the ball game to benefit children.  It's the annual Media Giants verses the Parish Padres match up, the 25th annual "Let's Go To Bat For Kids" Catholic Charities West Michigan event. See if Jordan can hit one out of the park!
