GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Maranda recounts a very successful first ever Living Well Grand Rapids event. As Martin Luther King Day approaches, there are a number of events you can attend to celebrate and commemorate the legacy of Dr. King. With a list of events taking place at surrounding colleges and universities, there is bound to be an occasion that suits you and your schedule. 1 p.m. - Silent March at the Allendale Campus
1:30 p.m - MLK Program featuring Judge Glenda Hatchett at the Kirkhof Center

12:30 p.m. - Silent March and Celebration at Lettinga Campus, Sneden Auditorium
3:30 p.m. - Service Project Downtown YMCA
