Imagine being lost, blind, heartworm positive, and now you’ve fallen into a half empty pool. This is how Scuba Steve was found in Ionia County. Mackenzie’s accepted him with open arms and hopes to be able to give him a better life. Once Scuba Steve came into Mackenzie’s he was treated and is in much better health. They hope bring him to Michigan State University for an Ophthalmology consultation to combat his digression of eyesight loss.
Scuba Steve is a six year old chocolate lab, who is need of a loving home. For more information on Scuba Steve contact Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary at (616) 693 -2490.
