Grand Rapids is seeing stars

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The stars are shining on West Michigan.  We're a month away from having not one... not two... but three movies make their way West.  Among those coming between now and the end of the year:  Oscar winner Forest Whitaker and Golden Globe nominee Meg Ryan. Aaron Lafferty has the inside scoop.

The movie starring Jennifer Connelly and Ed Harris that is filming in the Holland area is looking for more extras.  "Whats Wrong With Virginia" is looking for as many extras as possible on Monday, October 26th to create a crowd for a beach boardwalk scene in South Haven.  Anyone who wants to take part needs to register and be available for the entire shoot - which can last up to 12 hours.
