GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WOOD-TV) - Our next Connecting with Community Awards finalist is Silent Observer. They have been a consistent connection for the community to voice tips about crimes anonymously. Besides for relaying tips for law enforcement all over West Michigan, Silent Observer has created a new program for students called Fast 50. Now high school and middle school students can give anonymous tips about weapons, drugs, or potential problems at their school.
