GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - As part of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the committee to honor Cesar Chavez brought his middle son to Grand Rapids for the Chavez Scholarship Awards Gala.

Paul Chavez will deliver a speech on "Acts of Courage: The powerful work of my father."

He continues the work his father started in the 1960s as chairman of the Cesar Chavez Foundation.
