"Ernie" Comes to Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids, MI (WOODTV) - Hospice of Michigan is hosting the Grand Rapids premiere of "Ernie," about the life of Ernie Harwell, the famous Detroit Tigers broadcaster. The play is written by broadcast personality Mitch Albom, and funds raised from this event go to support Hospice of Michigan. 

There is a special opening day event September 12, with Tiger legends and a talk back with Mitch Albom. The play continues from September 13th to the 23rd.
