T.E.A.M. 21 nominated for award

Wyoming - Efforts to make West Michigan a better place to live are in the spotlight this week as we get ready to give out our first annual Connecting With Community Award.
This nominee is a program that helps at risk kids in the hours after school.   It's called T.E.A.M. 21 and it's at work in many Wyoming elementary and middle schools from several districts.
