Dust, dirt and other harmful contaminants trapped in your heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) system may be polluting the air you breathe and helping to trigger allergies.

Even if you are living in a newly constructed home, you may have quite a buildup of dirt, drywall dust and other construction debris in your air ducts.

1. It all begins with a free video inspection and consultation.

2. Professional technicians then clean your entire HVAC unit, including the blower, evaporator coil and accessible components.

3. Technicians remove all of your vent covers, clean them and put them back in place.

4. They connect a powerful, HEPA-filtered vacuum to the main trunk line. The vacuum collects dirt, dust and other contaminants which are dislodged during cleaning.

5. Technicians insert a power-driven rotary brush into each air duct. It works itself all the way from the vent cover to the main trunk line, dislodging dirt, debris, etc.

6. Compressed air is blown through each air duct to ensure any dirt, only loosened by brushing is dislodged for removal by the HEPA-filtered vacuum.

7. Technicians access the main trunk line and follow rotary brush and compressed air procedures to ensure all parts of the ventilation system are thoroughly cleaned.

8. The air filter is replaced.

9. A final video inspection shows you the quality of work performed.

10. Finally, technicians leave your home as they found it. There is no mess left for you to clean up, and everything is returned to its original location.

Just as you've come to expect, Stanley Steemer takes care of all of the details.

Many companies just clean your air ducts. Stanley Steemer thoroughly cleans your total ventilation system. This includes your HVAC unit, blower, evaporator coil and accessible components and individual air ducts from the vent covers all the way to (and including) the main trunk line.
