Outer Vibe sets Art Van Concert encore

Will play Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - WOOD TV8 has extended the Art Van Concert Series.

The Outer Vibe, which opened up the concert series on Sept. 19, has agreed to an encore performance Friday evening.

T he Outer Vibe will play in Rosa Parks Circle on Friday starting at 6:30 p.m. That concert will last until the 8 p.m. live broadcast of the ArtPrize finale begins.

Jordan Carson of eightWest, along with 24 Hour News 8's Amanda Jarrett and Steve Kelso will be on stage handing out WOOD TV8 winter hats and eightWest Snuggies. Bill Steffen will also be on hand to take photos with people wearing Bill Steffen mustaches.

Come on out to Rosa Parks Circle early to be seen behind the 24 Hour News 8 anchors during the 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. live newscasts, enjoy the Art Van Concert Series encore by The Outer Vibe at 6:30 p.m., and then stay for the Live ArtPrize Awards Show Viewing Party on our big screen at 8 p.m.

You can also watch The Verve Pipe live in Rosa Parks Circle Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. Part of their performance will be shown live on eightWest and 24 Hour News 8 at noon.
