GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - Rob Bliss, the organizer of Zombie Walks and Water Balloon fights in downtown Grand Rapids, wants to launch 100,000 paper airplanes while thousands of people perform a song as part of ArtPrize.
Bliss, the GRCC student whose events have drawn a great deal of attention, announced the plan Thursday morning. The airplanes will come in seven different colors.
