ArtPrize artist creates 'Clay Brett'

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - ArtPrize artist Sunti Pichetchaiyakul sculpted a clay bust of 24 Hour News 8's Brett Thomas live on the air Monday during "Daybreak."
Watch the video as Sunti creates the sculpture in 17 minutes.
Sunti's ArtPrize 2011 entry is "President Gerald Ford Visits ArtPrize" -- a 3D fiberglass resin and bronze sculpture. It is located in front of Barnes & Thornburg LLP / PNC Bank building in downtown Grand Rapids.
Sunti is also sculpting Betty Ford in clay each day at the site during the event.
