Heart of West Michigan United Way 2-1-1 is a free health and human service hotline that connects residences in Kent County with more than 2,900 services.
Services offered via 2-1-1 are connections to food, housing, utilities, health care and more. The call to 2-1-1 is free of charge to all residents of Kent County.
