GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - ArtPrize 2013 -- the fifth year of the world's largest art competition -- has been called the biggest yet.
With more than 400,000 visitors, this year's crowd set records. More the 48,000 people registered to vote, setting another record, and 446,850 votes were cast.
