GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - There is a new interactive way to bring thousands of people together and share their ArtPrize experiences this year.
The world’s largest art competition that lasts through Oct. 6 in downtown Grand Rapids, with more than 1,500 pieces of art on display.
ArtPrize organizers want to see which art you saw, packed into a few seconds of video called One Second Epics.
It is all created on the iPhone app Epic Events, which lets you shoot clips of video of up to 10 seconds each. Epic Events will then string the clips together and create a longer video, recapping each day of ArtPrize.
24 Hour News 8 is working with Epic Events and ArtPrize officials, and will show these longer videos on “Daybreak," "eightWest," and “24 Hour News 8 at 5" throughout the competition.
