To be really useful, here's what we're looking for:
- the image will be cropped to about 640 pixels wide by 135 pixels tall
- we must be able to remove the skyline to have a transparent background at the top
- we'll take care of the cropping and transparency, so email us the full-size image
- your image should be a high-resolution photo, but try to keep it under 12mb for email purposes
- scenery and skylines are best
- no identifiable people
- the photo should be of something in West Michigan
This isn't a contest, so there aren't any rules. We'll simply pick from the submissions and put a photo into place. When it feels stale, we'll switch out for a new photo. In all cases, we'll attribute you as the photographer. The bragging rights are all yours.
Questions or submissions? Email them all to firstname.lastname@example.org .
